【國科會博士生研究獎學金】欲申請114年「國科會核配類」獎勵之博士生，請將申請資料依學院所訂期限提交各學院。

| 1.依據「國立中興大學博士生研究獎學金試辦方案」辦理。（附件1） | 1. Handled in accordance with the " National Chung Hsing University Graduate Research Fellowship Pilot Program”. (Attachment 5) |
| 2.獎勵對象及請領資格 (1)114年9月註冊入學就讀之各年級博士班學生。 (2)有下列情形之一者，不得請領本獎學金： A.於公私立機構從事專職全時之有給職工作或以在職生身分報考者。 B.錄取後辦理休學、保留入學資格或未完成註冊者。 C.已支領同屬政府部門獎學金性質經費者。 D.以香港、澳門、大陸地區學生身分入學者。 |
2. Recipient Eligibility: (1) Doctoral students of all year levels who register and enroll in September, 2025. (2) The following individuals are not eligible to receive this fellowship: A. Those who are engaged in full-time paid employment in public or private sectors or who apply for admission as part-time students possessing responsibilities related to employment. B. Those who have applied for leave of absence and retained their admission eligibility or have not completed registration after admission. C. Those who are concurrently in receipt of scholarship or subsidy offered by the ROC government. D. Students from Hong Kong, Macau, and Mainland China. |

| 4.獎勵期間及金額 (1)每人每月四萬元。 (2)獎勵期間自114年9月1日起至117年8月31日止。 (3)於三年內畢業者，獎勵至畢業當月止。 |
4. Duration and Amount: (1) Each fellowship recipient will be granted a monthly stipend of NTD 40,000. (2) The award period is from September 1, 2025 to August 31, 2028. (3) Stipend for those who graduate less than three years shall last until the month of graduation. |
| 5.申請方式 (1)由各學院自訂博士生申請期限並公告學院網站周知，辦理收件暨初審推薦作業。 (2)欲申請之博士生，將申請資料提交各學院進行初審。 A.申請表。（附件3） B.碩士(含以上)歷年成績單。 C.博士研究計畫（含參考文獻，限10頁，不限中英文），超過所定頁數者，全份不予審查。 D.其他有助審查資料。 |
5.Method of application: (1) Each college sets a deadline for doctoral students to apply for the fellowship and announce it publically, receive the applications and make recommendations for the preliminary review. (2) Doctoral students submit your application documents to your college: A. The application form. (Attachment 4) B. Transcripts of all graduate-level (master's and higher) from all academic years. C. The Research proposal for Ph. D. (limited to 10 pages in Chinese and/or English, including references). Any research plan with more than ten pages shall not be reviewed. D. Other supporting materials for review. |
| 6.各學院依申請者之資格、學術表現及研究潛力等面向進行審查，經初審會議通過後，各學院提交獎勵推薦名單、院級審議會議紀錄及推薦學生之申請資料送第二階段複審。 | 6. Each college will conduct a review based on the applicant's qualifications, academic performance, and research potential. After the preliminary review is passed by review committees, each college will submit the fellowship recommendation list, the minutes of the college-level review meeting and the application documents of the students recommended for the reexamination of the second stage. |
