校內截止日及申請方式：
- 本獎項採提名制，最多可提名三位候選人，敬請有意申請者於2025年6月2日(一)下午17時前，先來電與研發處學術組承辦人盧小姐確認本校申請件數(校內分機550轉302)，如超過件數，研發處將召開審查會議後推薦之。
- 如欲由學校提名者，請填寫校內推薦表(如附件)，併同完整申請資料1份(紙本，請勿裝訂)於2025年6月23日(一)下午5時前送至研發處學術組彙整，俟專簽簽請校長同意推薦並簽章用印後，資料檢還申請者請於受理期限內(截止提名日期為2025年6月30日(星期一))逕自辦理申請。

The internal deadline and How to apply:
- This award follows a nomination system, with each institution allowed to nominate up to three candidates. Interested applicants are requested to contact Ms. Lu of the Academic Development Division, Office of Research and Development, by 5:00 PM on Monday, June 2, 2025, to confirm the number of nominations from our university (campus extension 550, dial 302). If the number of applicants exceeds the limit, the Office of Research and Development will convene a review meeting to select the recommended nominees.
- For those seeking nomination through the university, please complete the internal recommendation form (see attachment) and submit it along with one complete set of application materials (in hard copy, unbound) to the Academic Development Division, Office of Research and Development, by 5:00 PM on Monday, June 23, 2025. Upon approval and signature by the President, the signed and sealed documents will be returned to the applicant, who should then proceed to submit the application directly before the official deadline (Monday, June 30, 2025).
