【教育部博士生獎學金】欲申請114學年度「教育部博士生獎學金」之博士生，請將申請資料依學院所訂期限提交各學院。

| 1.依據「國立中興大學執行『教育部博士生獎學金補助計畫』作業要點」辦理。（附件1） | 1. Handled in accordance with the " National Chung Hsing University Guidelines for MOE Doctoral Scholarship Subsidy Program”. (Attachment 1) |
| 2.補助對象及請領資格： (1)本國且非在職之博士班1至3年級學生（不含境外生）；學生年級以教務處學籍資料為準。 (2)有下列情形之一者，不得請領本獎學金： A.於公私立機構從事專職全時之有給職工作者。 B.辦理休學、保留入學資格或未完成註冊者。 C.已支領國家科學及技術委員會「培育優秀博士生獎學金試辦方案」及「博士生研究獎學金試辦方案」之獎學金。 |
2. Recipient Eligibility: (1) Domestic doctoral students in their 1st to 3rd year who are not currently employed (excluding international students); the student’s year level is based on the academic records from the Office of Academic Affairs. (2) The following individuals are not eligible to receive this fellowship: A. Those who are engaged in full-time paid employment in public or private sectors or who apply for admission as part-time students possessing responsibilities related to employment. B. Those who have applied for leave of absence and retained their admission eligibility or have not completed registration after admission. C. Those who are concurrently in receipt of doctoral scholarship offered by NSTC. |
| 3.補助名額：本校114學年度總補助名額150名，各學院博士生補助名額詳附件2。 | 3. Number of Award Please refer to Attachment 2 - Allocation Table of Award Quotas for Each College. |
| 4.補助金額 (1)定額補助：教育部補助2萬元，學校及企業配合款2萬元。 學校及企業配合款每月補助2萬元。分為以下三類：(114學年度新修正) A.博士班一年級新生：於本校就讀期間，如曾獲國科會核定大專學生研究計畫，由學校補助每月2萬元，並核予補助期間3年；每一學年度需經考核通過者始發放次一學年度獎學金。 B.博士班一年級新生：經審查擇優者由學校補助每月1萬元，並核予補助期間3年；另1萬元由指導教授或企業提供。每一學年度需經考核通過者始發放次一學年度獎學金；此類核定補助人數至多為教育部核定本校名額之15%。 C.非屬前(A)、(B)款之博士班一至三年級學生，由指導教授或企業共同配合每月2萬元。 前二類排除本校組織工程與再生醫學博士學位學程、微生物基因體學博士學位學程及循環經濟研究學院之博士生。 (2)加碼補助。 (3)補助期限：一學年。 |
4. Amount: (1) Fixed subsidy: NT$40,000 per month—NT$20,000 from the MOE and NT$20,000 jointly subsidized by universities and businesses. University and Enterprise Matching Funds provide a monthly subsidy of NT$20,000. These are divided into the following three categories: A. First-Year Doctoral Students: Students who have previously received approval from the National Science and Technology Council (NSTC) for an undergraduate research project during their studies at NCHU will be subsidized by the university with NT$20,000 per month for a period of three years. The scholarship for each academic year will only be granted upon passing an annual evaluation. B. First-Year Doctoral Students: Selected students through a merit-based review process will receive a monthly subsidy of NT$10,000 from the university for a period of three years; an additional NT$10,000 per month will be provided by their advisor or an enterprise. The scholarship for each academic year will only be granted upon passing an annual evaluation. The number of recipients under this category shall not exceed 15% of the university’s quota approved by the Ministry of Education. (3) Doctoral Students in Years 1 to 3 Not Covered by (1) or (2): A monthly subsidy of NT$20,000 will be jointly provided by the student’s advisor or an enterprise. (2) Additional subsidy. (3) Subsidy duration: one academic year. |
| 5.申請及審查方式： (1)由各學院自訂博士生申請期限並公告學院網站周知，辦理收件暨初審推薦作業。 (2)欲申請之博士生，將申請資料提交各學院進行初審。（**113學年度曾獲核定之博一、博二學生，仍需重新提出申請） A.申請表。（附件3） B.碩士/博士歷年成績單。 C.學術研究及職涯發展計畫（含參考文獻，限10頁，不限中英文），超過所定頁數者，全份不予審查。 D.其他有助審查資料。 |
5. Method of application: (1) Each college sets a deadline for doctoral students to apply for the fellowship and announce it publically, receive the applications and make recommendations for the preliminary review. (2) Doctoral students submit your application documents to your college: A. The application form. (Attachment 4) B. Transcripts of all graduate-level (master's and higher) from all academic years. C. The Research proposal for Ph. D. (limited to 10 pages in Chinese and/or English, including references). Any research plan with more than ten pages shall not be reviewed. D. Other supporting materials for review. |
