Higher education Sprout project office served as the contact of the NCHU’s Higher education Sprout project (HESP) “Part 1: the main book” and “Part 2: the Featured Areas Research Center”. We also assist in the formulation and promotion of HESP implementation strategies, compilation, and writing of project proposal, as well as annual assessment report, funding management, field assessment from the Ministry of Education, As well as the construction and maintenance of the HESP website.
