Project Goals and Overall Planning

National Chung Hsing University (NCHU) has been founded since 1919 and has been adhering to the school philosophy of “Humanities-Oriented, Academia First, Value Creation, Enriching mankind” (HAVE), and running the university goals to cultivate elite talents with both humanities and scientific literacy, communication and innovation capabilities, international vision and social caring.

By overviewing and analyzing the university problems based on the current education situations，in the five aspects of "Implementing Innovative Teaching Approaches and Enhancing Teaching Quality", "Developing NCHU’s Unique Features", “Making NCHU More Public", “Fulfilling University Social Responsibilities" and "International Key Fields“, this project proposes the overall planning and development directions for improvement, so as to achieve the overall goal of comprehensively upgrading to a world-class university.
