【獎項申請Application for Awards】 「第二十屆永信李天德醫藥科技獎」，校內截止日為2024年4月8日(一)下午5時前。Tien-Te Lee Biomedical Foundation "The 20th Medical Science and Technology Award", the internal deadline is April 8th (Monday) before 5:00 PM, 2024.

※如欲由學校推薦申請者，請填寫校內推薦表(如附檔)，並連同推薦書及申請資料各1份(請勿裝訂)於2024年4月8日(一)下午5時前送至研發處學術組彙整，俟簽請校長同意推薦及用印後，辦理函送基金會。校內推薦程序完成後，請申請者於申請期限內(2024年4月15日)逕自完成線上申請。
※Please submit one copy each of the in-school recommendation form (as attached), recommendation letter, and application materials (unbound) by 5:00 PM on April 8, 2024, to the Research and Development Office. After obtaining the required signatures for recommendation and approval, and affixing the necessary seals, the recommendation letter will be sent to the foundation by the school. Applicants are required to complete the online application within the application period (by April 15, 2024).

【卓越醫藥科技獎】
1. 中華民國國民任職於國內各級政府機關、公私立研究機構(包括財團法人)、公私立大學院校、公民營企業機構，且其主要研究成果或設計係在國內服務機關工作期間完成者，得申請卓越醫藥科技獎，並得經由服務機關主管推薦為候選人，於推薦書上加蓋該單位印信。
2. 每名獲獎人獎金新台幣一百五十萬元及獎牌一座，名額上限二名。
【青年醫藥科技獎】
1. 具醫、藥科技研究能力之四十五歲以下中華民國國民，任職於國內各級政府機關、公私立研究機構(包括財團法人)、公私立大學院校、公民營企業機構，且仍繼續從事醫藥研究者，應經由所屬單位主管推薦為候選人。
2. 每名獲獎人獎金新台幣八十萬元及獎牌一座，名額上限四名，其中一名為藥學應用領域。
【傑出論文獎】
1. 凡中華民國國民於國內各大學院校研究所博士班在學之研究生或於申請年度前一年畢業之畢業生，於博士班研究生在學期間完成之醫藥科技相關學術論文發表於國際著名學術期刊者， 得由指導教授推薦為候選人，並在推薦書上加蓋推薦單位印信。
2. 每名獲獎人獎金新台幣二十萬元及獎牌一座， 名額上限十名，其中二名為藥學應用領域。
