校內截止日及申請方式：
  1. 本獎項採推薦制，具農業或生物資源相關學院之大學最多可推薦6件團隊及2件個人，敬請有意申請者於114年6月2日(一)下午17時前，先來電與研發處學術組承辦人盧小姐確認本校申請件數(校內分機550轉302)，如超過件數，研發處將召開審查會議後推薦之。
  2. 本案於確認推薦之團隊及個人後，敬請被推薦團隊及個人備妥各項報名資料之紙本及電子檔(隨身碟)，於校內截止日114年7月25日(五)下午17時前送達研發處學術組，俾利彙整申請用印並掛號函送報名申請。
 The internal deadline and How to apply:
  1. The award is by recommendation. Universities with colleges related to agriculture or biological resources may recommend up to 6 team applications and 2 individual applications. Those interested in applying are kindly requested to contact Ms. Lu (extension 550#302) of Academic Development Division, Office of Research and Development by 5:00 PM on Monday, June 2, 2025, to confirm the number of applications from our university. If the number of applicants exceeds the allowed quota, a review meeting will be held by Office of Research and Development to determine the final recommendations.
  2. After the recommended teams and individuals are confirmed, the selected applicants are required to prepare both paper and electronic versions (on a USB drive) of all application materials and submit them to the Academic Development Division, Office of Research and Development by 5:00 PM on Friday, July 25, 2025, for compilation, official endorsement, and registered mail submission.
