| 1.申請資格 (1)本校專任（含專案）、兼任、合聘、客座及研究人員（含博士後研究人員）。 (2)專任教師最近一學年授課時數須符合本校基本授課時數相關規定；專案教師比照專任教師同職級授課時數。 (3)申請人於受獎時，仍須為本校現職教研人員。 (4)兼任講座教授另依本校「兼任特約講座教授論文獎勵辦法」辦理。 |
1. qualifications: (1)The scope of the Regulations includes incentives offered to full-time, part-time, co-appointed, visiting, and research personnel (including contract hires and postdoctoral researchers of the University (2)The number of teaching hours of full-time teachers in the most recent academic year must comply with the school’s basic teaching hours regulations; the number of teaching hours of project teachers shall be the same as that of full-time teachers of the same rank. (3) Applicants must still be current teaching or research staff at the University at the time of award. (4)Adjunct Chair professors shall be subject to National Chung Hsing University Regulations for Rewarding Adjunct Chair Professor’s Research Publication |
| 2.獎勵區間及類別: (1) 獎勵以本校為所屬學術機構且於113年1月1日至12月31日已正式出版之學術研究績效(包含SCIE期刊、SSCI期刊、A&HCI期刊、SCOPUS資料庫TOP 10%期刊、人文社會科學領域優良期刊論文、專書論文、學術專書、論文總量及校外合作論文)等類別。 (2) 另獎勵論文引用表現(十年內HiCi論文、十年內H-index論文、五年內單篇論文被引用次數表現、 FWCI 指數獎勵)、個人研究進步獎及指導國科會大專學生研究計畫獲研究創作獎等獎勵類別。 |
2. Reward range and categories: (1)The rewards are granted for academic research achievements officially published between January 1 and December 31, 2024, with this university as the affiliated academic institution. Eligible categories include publications in SCIE journals, SSCI journals, A&HCI journals, journals ranked in the top 10% in the SCOPUS database, outstanding journals in the humanities and social sciences, book chapters, academic books, total number of papers, and collaborative papers with external institutions. (2)Additional rewards are provided for citation performance, including Highly Cited Papers within the past ten years, H-index achievements over the past ten years, citation performance of individual papers within the past five years, and FWCI (Field-Weighted Citation Impact) index awards. Other reward categories include the Individual Research Progress Award and the Research Creativity Award for supervising students in the NSTC College Student Research Program. |
| 3-1. 專任教師及博士後研究員申請說明: (1)請於5月29日下午5時前於學術研發服務網完成線上申請，無須列印申請表及核章。若未依期限內提出申請，視同放棄。 (2)除部分獎勵類別(「專書論文」、「學術專書」及「國科會大專學生研究計畫獲研究創作獎」需附佐證外，其餘免附（若系統查不到資料將另行通知補件）。 (3)著作未被WOS收錄者，需下載申請表並檢附紙本佐證資料。 (4)博後需附聘書影本或電子檔。 3-2兼任、合聘、客座教授申請說明: 將申請表、論文電子檔及效期聘書等資料email至所屬單位彙整後再送研發處，請申請單位於5/29日前email至研發處學術發展組楊小姐(Email:liyingyang@nchu.edu.tw)。 3-3擬申請學術專書獎勵者，除線上申請外，另須檢附相關資料送所屬學院外審 (1)專書3本 (2)專書獎勵初審申請表 (3)二份以上出版(發行)單位審查意見書 (4)專書貢獻比例證明書( |
3-1 Application Instructions for Full-time Faculty and Postdoctoral Researchers (1) Applications must be submitted online via the Academic R&D Service System by 5:00 PM on May 29, 2025. No printed forms or approvals are required. Late submissions will be regarded as a waiver. (2) Supporting documents are generally not required, except for specified categories. If data is not retrievable, applicants will be contacted to provide additional materials. (3) For works not yet indexed in WOS, download the application form and submit supporting documents in hard copy. (4) Postdoctoral researchers must also attach a copy or electronic file of their appointment letter. 3-2. Application Guidelines for Part-time, Joint Appointment, and Visiting Professors: Please email the application form, electronic copies of the papers, and proof of valid appointment to your affiliated department for consolidation. The department should then forward the compiled documents to Ms. Liying Yang at the Academic Development Division, Office of R&D (Email: liyingyang@nchu.edu.tw) by May 29. 3-3. Applicants for the Academic Book Reward must, in addition to the online application, submit the relevant materials for external review by their affiliated college."
