【獎項申請Application for Awards】「第三十一屆東元獎」推薦申請，校內截止日為7月5日(五)下午5時前。"The 31th TECO Award" Recommended Application, The internal deadline is July 5th (Friday) before 5:00 PM.

※如欲由學校推薦申請者，請填寫校內推薦表(如附檔)，並連同推薦書及申請資料各1份(請勿裝訂)於2024年7月5日(五)下午5時前送至研發處學術組彙整，俟簽請校長同意推薦及用印後，辦理函送基金會。校內推薦程序完成後，請申請者於申請期限內(2024年7月15日)逕自完成線上申請。
一、獎勵對象：凡中華民國國籍，不限性別、年齡，在電機／資訊／通訊科技、機械／淨零碳放／環境科技、化工／材料科技、生醫／農業科技、人文類等五大領域中，對臺灣社會具有具體之傑出貢獻或成就事蹟者為獎勵對象。
二、名 額：計五名
(一)甄選(公開受理推薦或申請)
【科技類】：電機／資訊／通訊 科技領域 乙名
機械／能源／環境 科技領域 乙名
化工／材料 科技領域 乙名
生醫／農業 科技領域 乙名
(二)遴選（由遴選委員會遴選，不受理推薦及申請）
【人文類】：建築類《舊建築再生》(暫定) 乙名
三、獎勵：
(一)每領域獎金新台幣八十萬元整（NT800,000）。
(二)獎座乙座。
四、科技類申請：
(一)申請時間：即日起至7月15日止。
(二)申請辦法：
1.僅受理線上申請。「東元獎申請專區」
2.須填寫「申請資料」包括：(資料上傳單一檔案請勿超過10MB)
(1)簡歷表
(2)從事研究或創作歷程(約600字)。
(3)重要研究或創作成果（請提出代表性著作或創作1-3件）。
(4)傑出貢獻或成就事蹟。
(5)簡述對東元獎的期望(約500字)。
2.檢附「推薦書」正本，以掛號郵寄至「10474臺北市中山區松江路125號5樓 財團法人東元科技文教基金會 第三十一屆東元獎評審委員會 收」。
五、注意事項：
(一)須由兩位推薦人聯名推薦。
(二)推薦人需對申請人之傑出貢獻或事蹟成就有具體認識。
(三)推薦人需針對申請人對社會之影響及對國家之貢獻，以具體事實與輔證資料進行說明，不可僅陳述個人推論或估計。
(四)推薦人限相關領域之專業從業人員或團體推薦。
(五)「推薦書」格式可於「申請專區」下載。

※Please submit one copy each of the in-school recommendation form (as attached), recommendation letter, and application materials (unbound) by 5:00 PM on July 5, 2024, to the Research and Development Office. After obtaining the required signatures for recommendation and approval, and affixing the necessary seals, the recommendation letter will be sent to the foundation by the school. Applicants are required to complete the online application within the application period (by July 15, 2024).
1.Eligibility: Holder of the nationality of the Republic of China, regardless of gender or age.
2. Application Period and Method:
(1) From now until July 15. Online applications are accepted. Please visit the 'TECO Awards Application Zone' to create an account and fill in the relevant information.
(2) One original copy of the 'Letter of Recommendation' should be sent by registered mail to TECO Technology Foundation, 5F, No. 125, Songjiang Rd. Zhongshan District, Taipei City, Taiwan 104474, Taiwan. Attn: The 31th TECO Awards Review Committee.
