| 1.受理日期：自即日起至5月31日止受理申請。（以郵戳為憑） |
1. Acceptance Period: Applications will be accepted from now until May 31st. (Based on postmark date) |
| 2.申請方式：需繳交申請文件之紙本 1 式 5 份及電子檔，郵遞至台北市愛國東路22號11樓「21 世紀基金會」收；電子檔請寄：21stcenturyfoundation@gmail.com |
2. Application Method: Submit 5 hard copies and electronic files of the application documents by mail to 11F, No. 22, Aiguo East Road, Taipei City, addressed to "21st Century Foundation". Electronic files should be sent to: 21stcenturyfoundation@gmail.com. |
