| 獎勵申請公告：115年臺灣綜合大學系統博士生及博士後研究員跨校研究獎勵申請案 | Award Application Announcement Taiwan Comprehensive University System(TCUS) for Encouraging Doctoral Student and Postdoctoral Fellow Inter-University Research awards |
| 一、截止期限：115年8月12日 | 1. Deadline: August 12 , 2026 |
| 二、申請資格： 臺綜大系統（國立成功大學、國立中山大 學、國立中興大學及國立中正大學）各校已註冊具學籍之博士班學生及其指導教授與系統內共同列名教授，或正式聘任之博士後研究員及其計畫主持人與系統內共同列名教授。 博士班學生註冊學籍認定，依各校相關規定辦理。 |
2. Eligibility Requirements: These directions are applicable to registered doctoral students of schools in the TCUS system and their advisors and co-listed professors within the system, or officially appointed postdoctoral fellows and their principal investigators and co-listed professors within the system. The recognition of "registered doctoral students" in the previous paragraph will be processed in accordance with the relevant regulations of each school. *TCUS system(National Cheng Kung University, National Sun Yat-sen University, National Chung Hsing University and National Chung Cheng University) |
| 三、獎勵條件： (一)本獎勵項目為博士生或博士後研究員之研究成果，須自114年8月1日起至115年7月31日發表（或接受）於Scopus或Web of Science資料庫收錄之期刊論文(以排名Q1優先推薦)。 (二) 申請本獎勵金之博士班學生或博士後研究員，其期刊論文須由臺綜大系統二校以上專任助理教授以上教師共同列名，且申請人之指導教授(或計畫主持人)須為校內教師。 (三) 申請獎勵之研究成果，博士生或博士後研究員須為第一作者或通訊作者，並需由指導教授(或計畫主持人)及系統內教師共同列名於該篇作者群中。 |
3. Award Period: (1)This award recognizes the research achievements of doctoral students or postdoctoral researchers. The relevant journal articles must be published (or accepted) between August 1, 2025 and July 31, 2026, in journals indexed in the Scopus or Web of Science databases, with priority given to Q1-ranked journals. (2)Doctoral students or postdoctoral fellow applying for the rewards must have their journal papers co-authored by full-time assistant professors or higher from two or more schools within the TCUS system, the applicant’s main advisor (or principal investigator) must be a faculty member from the same university as the applicant. (3) The doctoral student or postdoctoral fellow must be the first author or the corresponding author for the research results applying for rewards; the advisors (or principal investigator) and professors within the TCUS system must be listed as co-authors. |
| 四、獎助經費及使用規定 每篇期刊論文獎勵最高新臺幣參萬元整，每年獎勵名額與核發金額，得視年度經費情形彈性調整。 1.本獎勵金由指導教授(或計畫主持人)、系統內共同列名教授及博士班學生(或博士後研究員)平均分配，每位並頒發獎狀乙紙。 2.每位博士班學生或博士後研究員至多以領取二次獎勵金為限。 3.期刊論文如為臺綜大系統獎勵跨校短期研究計畫成果一部分，且已獲跨校短期研究獎勵，指導教授(或計劃主持人)、系統內共同列名教授不得參與本獎勵金之分配。 |
4. Funding and regulations The highest reward for each published paper is NT$30,000, and the number of rewards issued and the reward amounts are subject to be adjusted according to the budget of each year. (1) The criteria for the issuing of rewards are as follows: The rewards will be divided equally among the advisor (or principal investigator),co-listed professors within the system and the doctoral student, or postdoctoral fellow, and each person will receive a certificate. (2) Each doctoral student or postdoctoral fellow may receive the reward a maximum of two times. (3) The advisor (or principal investigator),co-listed professors within the system may not receive rewards if the paper is a part of the results of the encouragement of inter-university short-term research project of TCUS and has been rewarded for inter-university short-term research. |
