113 年教育部國家重點領域國際合作聯盟與九州沖繩開放大學聯盟

   
壹、計畫目標：為推動教育部國家重點領域國際合作聯盟(下稱 UAAT)與日本九州沖繩開放 大學聯盟系統(下稱 KOOU)國際學術合作，特設雙邊聯盟之科學領域整合型計畫，透過 研究合作與雙邊人員交流，培育國內學術人才。
貳、計畫領域：「物理與天文｣，次領域為
一、先進綠能(含氫能)的理論開發與驗證 Theoretical Development and Validation of Advanced Green Energy (including Hydrogen Energy
二、太空科學與科技 Space Science and Technology
參、計畫規格：
 一、每一計畫採「主題式整合型計畫｣提出，需同時包含「研究｣與「人才培育｣兩個項目。
二、每一計畫需包含至少 2 所 UAAT 盟校及 1 所 KOOU 盟校成員，計畫主持人需於計 畫期間為所屬學校編制內專任教研人員。
三、每一 UAAT 盟校限提 1 件申請案(以計畫主持人學校屬之)，倘為參與者(如共同計 畫主持人)則不在此限，盟校成員名單如附件 1。
肆、計畫經費：
一、每一計畫至多補助新台幣 180 萬為原則。
二、每一計畫得編列人事費、業務費、設備費及行政管理費等，其中本國專兼任人事
費以 20%為限、行政管理費為業務費之 10%為限，業務費得包含國內外差旅費。 伍、審議標準：與本計畫目標扣合程度、計畫整合性及未來發展性，以及國際雙邊資源投
入、國內學術人才培育(包含企業夥伴合作)之明確規劃程度等。
 
 陸、執行期程：自 113 年 12 月 01 日至 114 年 11 月 30 日。
 柒、申請方式：
一、申請時間為 113 年 7 月 10 日(三)起至 113 年 8 月 13日(二)下午 5 時申請截止。
二、請詳閱計畫申請書(附件 2)及國家重點領域國際合作聯盟整合型計畫提案方式與程
序(附件 3)，並請依計畫書格式撰寫(以英文為主)。
         三、請備齊計畫書電子檔案(PDF 及 Word 檔案) MAIL至 yulin5809@nchu.edu.tw李玉玲信箱，信件主旨請以｢UAAT-KOOU 科學領域_(學校)_(計畫名稱)｣為標題以茲完備，後續依教育部規定審議辦理之。

2024 University Academic Alliance in Taiwan and Kyushu Okinawa Open University Integrated Collaboration Project of Science-based Themes

1. Objective: The objective of this integrated collaboration project specialized on Science is to promote the international academic cooperation and cultivate academic talents between the University Academic Alliance in Taiwan (UAAT) and the Kyushu Okinawa Open University (KOOU).
2. Scope: Physics and Astronomy. The focus areas:
   1. Theoretical Development and Validation of Advanced Green Energy (including Hydrogen Energy)
   2. Space Science and Technology

III.Eligibility:

1. Each integrated project must include two parts: “research” and “talent cultivation/exchange”.
2. Each project must include participation of at least two UAAT member universities and one KOOU member university/institution. Principal Investigator (PI) must be full-time faculty of UAAT member universities.
3. Each UAAT member university can only apply for one project (depending on the university of the PI). However, this is not restricted to participate in proposals of other university (e.g. co-PI). For the list of members of KOOU and UAAT, please see Appendix one.

IV.Funding:

1. The maximum amount of funding for each integrated project is NTD 1.8 million as principle.
2. The budget allocation of each project shall include the personnel, general expenses, equipment and overhead expenses. The personnel cost for domestic full-time and part- time staff must not exceed 20% of the project’s total requested funding. The overhead expenses must not exceed 10% of the general expenses. The domestic and international travel expenses is included in the general expenses.

5. Review Criteria: The review criteria include the following: alignment with project objectives, project integration and coherence, future development, bilateral resource investment and cultivation of domestic academic talents (including university-industry collaboration)
6. Project Duration: From December 1st, 2024 to November 30th, 2025.

VII.Application Process:

1. The application period starts from July 10th, 2024, and ends at 5 p.m., August 15th, 2024.
2. Please refer to “The Proposal Application Form”(see Appendix 2) and “The Proposal Submission and Procedures of UAAT International Integrated Collaboration Project” (see Appendix 3). Please write according to Appendix 2. (The proposal must be written in English, except for specific parts required to be in Chinese.)
