【國科會博士生研究獎學金】欲申請113年「國科會核配類」獎勵之博士生，請將申請資料依學院所訂期限提交各學院。

| 1.依據「國立中興大學博士生研究獎學金試辦方案」辦理。（附件1） | 1. Handled in accordance with the " National Chung Hsing University Graduate Research Fellowship Pilot Program”. (Attachment 1) |
| 2.獎勵對象及請領資格 (1)本校113年度二月或九月首次註冊入學就讀之博士班一年級新生（含提前入學、逕讀博班、春季班入學的外籍生）。 (2)有下列情形之一者，不得請領本獎學金： A.於公私立機構從事專職全時之有給職工作或以在職生身分報考者。 B.錄取後辦理休學、保留入學資格或未完成註冊者。 C.已支領同屬政府部門獎學金性質經費者。 D.大陸地區、香港及澳門學生。 |
2. Recipient Eligibility: (1) The first year doctoral students of National Chung Hsing University enrolled in both February and September 2024 (including the early-entry students, the students directly pursuing a doctoral degree, the international students of Spring Semester) (2) The following individuals are not eligible to receive this fellowship: A. Those who are engaged in full-time paid employment in public or private sectors or who apply for admission as part-time students possessing responsibilities related to employment. B. Those who have applied for leave of absence and retained their admission eligibility or have not completed registration after admission. C. Those who are concurrently in receipt of scholarship or subsidy offered by the ROC government. D. The students from Mainland China, Hong Kong and Macau. |

| 4.獎勵期間及金額 (1)每人每月四萬元。 (2)二月註冊入學博士班一年級新生，獎勵期間自113年2月1日起至116年1月31日止；九月註冊入學者，獎勵期間自113年9月1日起至116年8月31日止。 (3)於三年內畢業者，獎勵至畢業當月止。 |
4. Duration and Amount: (1) Each fellowship recipient will be granted a monthly stipend of NT$40,000. (2) For first-year doctoral students enrolling in February, the award period is from February 1, 2024 to January 31, 2027. For those enrolling in September, the award period is from September 1, 2024 to August 31, 2027. (3) Stipend for those who graduate less than three years shall last until the month of graduation. |
| 5.申請方式 (1)由各學院自訂博士生申請期限並公告周知，辦理收件暨初審推薦作業。 (2)欲申請之博士生，將申請資料提交各學院進行初審。 A.申請表。（附件3） B.碩士歷年成績單。 C.攻讀博士學位研究計畫（含參考文獻，限10頁，不限中英文），超過所定頁數者，全份不予審查。 D.其他有助審查資料。 |
5.Method of application: (1) Each college sets a deadline for doctoral students to apply for the fellowship and announce it publically, receive the applications and make recommendations for the preliminary review. (2) Doctoral students submit your application documents to your college: A. The application form. (Attachment 3) B. The master's transcripts over the years. C. The research plan for pursuing a doctoral degree (limited to 10 pages in Chinese and/or English, including references). Any research plan with more than ten pages shall not be reviewed. D. Other materials helpful to the review. |
| 6.各學院依申請者之資格、學術表現及研究潛力等面向進行審查，經初審會議通過後，各學院提交獎勵推薦名單、院級審議會議紀錄及推薦學生之申請資料送第二階段複審。（113年9月20日前） | 6. Each college will conduct a review based on the applicant's qualifications, academic performance, and research potential. After the preliminary review is passed by review committees, each college will submit the fellowship recommendation list, the minutes of the college-level review meeting and the application documents of the students recommended for the reexamination of the second stage. |
