| 說明一 / Point 1 | 為提升海洋事務研究活動之效益，海洋委員會依據業務推展需求及國內外海洋發展趨勢，訂定114年度補（捐）助海洋研究活動重點議題，凡研究主題符合相關範疇者，將優先考量補助。 | To enhance the effectiveness of subsidized ocean affairs research, the Ocean Affairs Council has formulated key research topics for 2025 based on operational needs and current domestic and international ocean affairs trends. Research projects that fall within the specified areas will be given funding priority. |
| 說明二 / Point 2 | 本案採隨到隨審制，並依年度預算經費情形核予補助。 | Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis, and funding will be granted depending on the availability of the annual budget. |
| 說明三 / Point 3 | 為配合「公職人員利益衝突迴避法」相關規定，申請時請檢附完整活動計畫書及「未違反公職人員利益衝突迴避法切結書」，以利審查作業進行。 | In accordance with the Act on Recusal of Public Servants Due to Conflicts of Interest, applicants must submit a complete project proposal along with a signed Declaration of Compliance with the said Act to facilitate the review process. |
