- 申請人資格：申請人於申請截止日前應為設有戶籍之中華民國國民，並取得教育部認可之國內大學校院博士學位未逾五年者，或於簽約前可取得博士學位之應屆畢業生。

- Applicant qualifications: Applicants must be citizens of the Republic of China with registered residency and must have obtained a doctoral degree from a domestic university recognized by the Ministry of Education within the last five years, or be recent graduates who will obtain their doctoral degree before signing the contract.

- 申請方式：申請人於國科會網站線上繳交申請文件後，下載列印申請書合併檔首頁，由申請人親筆簽名並於113年8月9日(星期五)中午12時前，將簽名後的PDF檔案以電郵或紙本寄交國科會業務承辦窗口。

- How to apply: After submitting the application documents online via the NSTC website, applicants must download and print the cover page of the application, personally sign it, and submit the signed PDF file via email or in hard copy to the NSTC project coordinator by 12:00 PM on Friday, Aug. 9, 2024.
