  • Internal Submission Deadline for Form Section 14& Colored images (if required):April 8, 2025, at 10:00 AM
  1. 申請方式：
  • 請先上網登錄註冊取得帳號，並於3/31前至線上申請作業系統撰寫並上傳計畫書及相關附件。
  • 檢送取得送件編號Serial Number的Form Section 14 - Certificate of Agreement for the Application及彩色圖片(有需要者)等各項紙本文件至計畫業務組
  1. How to apply:
  • Register online to create an account.
  • Complete and upload the proposal and related attachments to the online application system by March 31, 2025.
  • Submit the following hardcopy documents to DPA Unit:Form Section 14 - Certificate of Agreement for the Application (with the assigned Serial Number).Colored images (if required).
