一、  計畫類別
為鼓勵國家重點領域國際合作聯盟與九州沖繩開放大學聯盟師生之間雙邊交流，本徵件計畫依目標參與對象分為以下三類：
1. Research: Joint Research for Faculties 針對教師的聯合研究
2. Talent Cultivation: PBL Workshop (at least three days) for Undergraduate Students針對大學生的問題導向式學習之國際工作坊，一場工作坊至少需達3天以上 。
3. Talent Exchange: Lab Exchange for Graduated Students 針對碩博士生的實驗室交換。
二、優先合作領域(可複選)：
1.      Semiconductor Devices
2.      Semiconductor Materials
3.      Semiconductor Packaging and Testing 
4.      Semiconductor Manufacture Equipment and Facility
5.      Semiconductor IC Design
三、 申請資格：
1.  各申請案須至少包含2所UAAT聯盟成員學校、1所KOOU聯盟成員學校。主持人須於計畫執行期間為所屬學校/單位之編制內專任教研人員。
2.  有關UAAT聯盟成員學校與KOOU聯盟成員名單，請參閱Attachment 1。
四、 計畫經費：
1. 各核定計畫案至多獲總補助金額約62,000 USD (約新臺幣2,000,000元) 為原則。
2.  核定計畫案件數與金額，將考量審查結果及整體預算後核定。
 
五、 申請及執行期間：
1.  計畫申請期間：自113年07月15日至08月15日截止。
2.  計畫執行期間：自113年12月01日至114年11月30日。
六、 計畫要求：
1.  計畫主持人應說明該計畫發展至更大規模計畫之潛力，包含發展前景、藍圖以及預期效益等。
2.  若有企業合作夥伴(如企業配合經費、研究R&D之合作等)且具明確規劃之申請案將優先考量。
七、申請方式：請詳閱計畫申請書(Attachment 2)及子計畫徵件說明(Attachment 3)，並將共同計畫提案書上傳至線上申請表。

Call for proposals: International Cooperation Project in Semiconductor for Kyushu-Okinawa Open University and University Academic Alliance in Taiwan
 
1. Project Categories
To encourage bilateral exchanges between the international cooperation alliance in national key areas and the faculty and students of the Kyushu Okinawa Open University Alliance, this call for applications is divided into the following three categories:
•  Research: Joint Research for Faculties
•  Talent Cultivation: PBL Workshop (at least three days) for Undergraduate Students
•  Talent Exchange: Lab Exchange for Graduated Students
 
2. Priority Cooperation Areas (multiple selections allowed):
•  Semiconductor Devices
•  Semiconductor Materials
•  Semiconductor Packaging and Testing
•  Semiconductor Manufacture Equipment and Facility
•  Semiconductor IC Design
 
3. Eligibility:
·      Each application must include at least two UAAT alliance member schools and one KOOU alliance member school. The principal investigator must be a full-time faculty member of the affiliated school/unit during the project period.
·      For the list of UAAT alliance member schools and KOOU alliance member schools, please refer to Attachment 1
 
4. Project Funding:
•  Each approved project can receive a maximum subsidy of approximately 62,000 USD (about 2,000,000 TWD) in principle.
•  The number and amount of approved projects will be determined after considering the review results and the overall budget.
 
5. Application and Implementation Period:
•  Application period: From July 15th of the 113th year to August 15th.
•  Implementation period: From December 1st of the 113th year to November 30th of the 114th year.
 
6. Project Requirements:
•  The principal investigator should explain the potential of the project to develop into a larger-scale project, including prospects, blueprints, and expected benefits.
•  Applications with corporate partners (such as corporate matching funds, research R&D cooperation, etc.) and clear plans will be given priority consideration.

•  Please read the project application form (Attachment 2) and the subproject application instructions (Attachment 3/Japanese or English version to be supplemented) and upload the joint project proposal to the online application form.
